The concept of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) has evolved over the last 20 years and it continues to evolve as board and regulatory demands change. Unfortunately, as a result, many businesses and regulators find that they don’t have a well-structured, integrated, single repository of GRC-related information on which to drive decision-making, continuous improvement and culture change. This leads to boards and regulators being frustrated by lack of information and transparency.  Their teams are equally frustrated and unmotivated as they feel they don’t have the tools to do their job. Time is wasted as teams collect, manipulate and copy data between spreadsheets, systems and reports instead of fulfilling their core role.
